How to order
Simple really...just add each product you require to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add to basket'button beside each product. Your shopping basket can be viewed by clicking on the 'view basket' button. You can alter the quantities of products in your basket or delete things on the shopping basket web page. Once you have finished shopping with Prettypetticoat just follow the Paypal instructions in order to complete your payment.
Postage & Packaging
I will endeavour to package your products as securely as possible and I have allocated a postage fee based on each items size and weight to make it cost effective for you. Your postage will be calculated when you reach the checkout, in the event of any multiple orders.
Payments
Prettypetticoat Ltd does not hold credit or debit card details as any card payments made to us are dealt with by Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account in order to make payments through Paypal. Paypal accepts payments through all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. Once you have completed your payment online you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal detailing your payment.
Prettypetticoat can accept payment via Cheque or Postal Order, however you will need to email us your order, detailing sizes, amounts etc. DO NOT USE THE SHOPPING BASKET AS THIS IS LINKED DIRECTLY TO PAYPAL FOR CREDIT & DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS.
You will receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours confirming we have received your order. Please keep these emails as proof of receipt.
Delivery
Once payment has been received and is cleared your order will be processed. If there is any unfortunate delay with regards to dispatching your goods then we will notify you as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Orders are normally processed within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Should there be any problems a proof of postage slip is given to us by the Post Office and we will investigate any delivery problems as necessary.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
All Prettypetticoat items are carefully checked before they leave us and should reach you in perfect condition. As some of our clothes and accessories are vintage, they may be in 'vintage' condition but any damage to the item will be listed on the description and I do try and only stock items that are A Grade condition. In the event of any problem with goods ordered, postage for returned items will be payable by you, the customer, unless there is deemed to have been a fault on our behalf. DO NOT return the goods without contacting us first. We will only consider refunds on itens that have not been damaged, soiled or washed and that reach us in the same condition as you, the customer, received them. Postage & Packaging is non refundable.
Availability
From time to time some of the items advertised may be unavailable as some of them are unique and original pieces and may also be advertised in our mobile boutique. In this instance we will contact you as soon as we can and if a suitable replacement cannot be offered then a refund will be given.
